Quilt Retreat

 Six of us enjoyed a lovely quilt retreat last week. We had the entire large workroom at Threads of Time in Danville, IL, to ourselves!

Brenda started a One Block Wonder. I'll be teaching that lesson to our Cerro Gordo Quilters on September 8.

Here is a sample of her work so far. Some of the fabric is inserted into the middle of the hexies.

Kim worked hard on a t-shirt quilt for her daughter.

We had a very productive time and a fun time.

Threads of Time also benefitted from our presence with all our purchases (especially from Jennifer who bought a Brother embroidery machine).

It's a great place to stay and a great place to work and have fun!
